RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When the customer has purchased through the website, they will have 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal. This right of withdrawal will begin from the moment the customer receives the garment at their home. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send an email to info@elpulpo.es where we will tell you how to proceed.

If the customer withdraws from their purchase, we will refund the price of the returned products. The expenses derived from the return of the goods to the seller will be borne by the Customer.

The same payment method will be used to refund your money as the one used for the purchase. The refund will not be made until the products have been received, or until you have provided proof of their return. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the date on which the customer notifies their interest in withdrawing, provided that the products have been received and their condition has been verified. You will not have the right to withdraw from the contract when it refers to: personalized items and sealed goods for health and hygiene reasons, such as jewelry.

The right to withdraw from the contract, and, therefore, to obtain a refund, will only apply when the products are returned in the same conditions in which they were purchased. After examining the item, the seller will inform the customer whether or not they have the right to a refund of the amounts set in the purchase. In the event that the products are not in the same conditions in which they were sent, they will be returned to the customer, and the amounts paid will not be refunded.

The product whose purchase is to be withdrawn is the complete responsibility of the customer until it reaches the seller's warehouse, so it is advisable to send the garment by registered mail or courier, keeping the receipt until received by the seller.
