FASHION EL PULPO SL. with registered office at Rúa Parroquia de Rois, 30 -01B with CP 15165 in Bergondo (A Coruña) and with CIF B70567763, (hereinafter, "the Organizer"), announces the draw for a double VIP ticket for the training session of the Royal Spanish Women's Football Federation on Monday 21/10.

This promotion will be active from October 17, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. and will remain in effect until the two places drawn are filled in accordance with the requirements of the promotion. In the event that the places are not filled before Sunday 20/10 at 8:00 p.m., the draw will be considered void and will end its validity.

Participant status is granted to those who provide all the required data and information provided in the Instagram post of the draw and, in addition, meet the following requirements:

· Be a natural person, of legal age, resident in Spanish territory.

· Comply with the conditions established in these legal bases

Participants must demonstrate, before participating in the promotion or at any time during it, at the request of the Organizer and within a reasonable period, that they meet the necessary conditions to participate in the promotion. Otherwise, the Organizer may disqualify them at any time and/or withhold or withdraw the prize they have won.

The following people may not participate in the promotion and, therefore, be awarded prizes: a) employees of FASHION EL PULPO SL and Group companies.

Only those who meet the participation requirements established in these legal bases and in particular, in this section will be considered participants.

Persons who do not meet these conditions must not participate in the Promotion and will be disqualified if they do participate.

To participate in the promotion, participants must visit elPulpo's Instagram profile https://www.instagram.com/elpulpo.es/ and become a follower of the profile.

Next, they must visit the post referring to the draw and like the post. Finally, they must tag the account @elpulpo.es in a post in which a child can be seen wearing an item of clothing from the elPulpo x RFEF collection. This image can also be sent via private message.

Tags in publications or photo submissions made outside the time period during which the promotion is active will not be valid.

The Organizer is giving away two Meet & Greet tickets for the Spanish Women's National Football Team training session next Monday 21/10.

Travel and transfers are not included. Expenses arising from these will be borne by the winner.

The first two people to submit their photos within the time frame and meet the requirements mentioned above will win one of two Meet & Greet tickets.

There will be two winners and each will be able to enjoy two tickets: one for the minor and one for the companion.

If the winner does not accept the prize, it is impossible to contact him/her or he/she does not meet the requirements established in these rules. If there is no positive response from the winner, the prize will be void.

1. Notification

The winner's list will be published through a story and in the copy of the raffle post when the places are filled.

The Organizer will also contact the winner via direct message to inform them that they have been awarded the prize. The winner will have 24 hours from the first notification by the Organizer to respond and/or contact the Organizer.

Once the winner has contacted and/or responded to the Organizer, the latter will inform him/her of the conditions under which he/she must accept the prize. The winner will have a period of 24 hours to accept the prize, or expressly reject it. The winner may renounce the prize obtained, but in no case will it be replaced by a monetary amount. The prizes are personal and non-transferable, so the winner may not transfer his/her status as a winner under any circumstances.

In the event that the winner does not contact the Organizer within 24 hours, does not meet the participation requirements or expressly rejects the prize, it will be passed on to the alternate winner of the draw, who will have the same timeframe as the winner to contact and/or respond to the Organizer and accept or reject the prize.

• The Organizer shall in no way be liable for any breaches or violations of any kind related to this promotion, and shall not be liable for any loss suffered by participants in relation to the prize and other aspects of this promotion.

• The participant exempts the Organizer from any type of liability and will hold him/her harmless from any claim as a result of damages, whether his/her own or those of third parties, that may arise from the activity that he/she will carry out with the awarded prize.
