draw for 2 DOUBLE TICKETS FOR THE CELTA – ELCHE CF MATCH ON 05/03/2026.
RC Celta participates exclusively as the entity providing the prize, without intervening in the organization, management, selection of winners, or execution of the Promotion. Consequently, RC Celta assumes no responsibility to the participants; any claim related to the Promotion should be directed to the Organizer.

This promotion will be active from 04/29/2026 at 7:00 p.m. and will be valid until 05/01/2026 at 3:00 p.m.

Participant status is attributed to
those who provide all the required data and information in the sweepstakes form and, in addition, meet the following requirements:

· Be a natural person, of legal age, residing in Spanish territory.

· Comply with the conditions established in these legal terms and conditions

Participants must demonstrate, before participating in the promotion or at any time during it, at the request of the Organizer and within the requested period, that they meet the necessary conditions to participate in it. Otherwise, the Organizer may
disqualify them at any time and/or withhold or withdraw any prize they may have
obtained.

The following persons may not participate in the promotion and, therefore, may not be winners: a) employees of FASHION EL PULPO SL and of companies of the elPulpo Group.

Only those who comply with the participation requirements established in these legal terms and conditions and, in particular, in this section, will be considered participants.

Persons who do not meet these conditions should not participate in the Promotion and, if they do participate, will be
disqualified.

Participation will be through the completion of the online registration form provided by elPulpo via its social media. Only one entry per person will be accepted. In case of detecting duplicate entries, the Organization reserves the right to exclude them.

The Organizer is raffling off TWO DOUBLE TICKETS for the Celta – Elche CF match on 05/03/2026 at the Abanca Balaídos Stadium (Vigo). Travel and transfers are not included. Expenses derived from these will be borne by the winner.

Winners will be selected through a random drawing system from all valid entries received.

1. Notification

Winners will be contacted using the information provided in the form (email or phone number).

If no response is received within 12 hours of the first contact, the
Organization may select an alternate person.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.

If the winner does not contact the Organizer within 12 hours, does not meet the participation requirements, or expressly declines the prize, it will pass to the alternate in the draw, who will have the same deadlines as the winner to contact and/or respond to the Organizer and accept or decline the prize.

2. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered electronically to the winner's email address.

The Promotion extends to the entire Spanish territory.

The personal data collected will be processed for the purpose of managing the participation of contestants in the promotional action described in the terms and conditions and the corresponding tax settlements. Participants' personal data will be kept during the promotion period, and subsequently, only the information necessary to respond to possible claims will be stored for the legal period for exercising actions. Additional information may be requested from winners and/or information may be transferred to collaborating entities to manage the delivery of prizes.

The identity of the winners may be published on the Organizer's website, as well as on its social media profiles, in order to promote transparency in the process.

Participants guarantee that the personal data provided is truthful and are responsible for informing the Organizer of any changes to it. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from this promotion any participant who has provided false data.

RC Celta will not process participants' personal data during the Promotion, nor will it act as data controller. Any questions related to data protection should be addressed to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the following rights regarding the development and execution of the Promotion:

• To modify or suspend the Promotion, provided there is a justified reason, and with the commitment to communicate the new terms and/or conditions sufficiently in advance, or, where applicable, its definitive cancellation.

• The Organizer shall in no way be responsible for non-compliance or infringements of any kind related to this promotion, and is exempt from any liability for loss suffered by participants in relation to the prize and other aspects of this promotion.

• The participant exempts the Organizer from any liability and shall hold the Organizer harmless from any claim resulting from damages, whether to themselves or to/from third parties, that may arise from the activity carried out with the awarded prize.

This Promotion and its Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute or litigation that may arise in connection with this Promotion, and/or with the interpretation or execution of these legal terms, both the Organizer and the Participants waive any jurisdiction that may correspond to them and expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of A Coruña.

Participation in the promotion implies full acceptance of the content of these terms and conditions.
