I.- PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION

FASHION EL PULPO SL. with registered office at Rúa Parroquia de Rois, 30 -01B with CP 15165 in Bergondo (A Coruña) and with CIF B70567763, (hereinafter, "the Organizer"), announces the draw for TWO double tickets for the Spain - Netherlands match of the UEFA Nations League to be held at the Mestalla stadium on Sunday, March 23, 2025.

II.- PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

This promotion will be active from 12 noon on March 11, 2025, and will remain in effect until Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 10 a.m.

III.- PARTICIPANTS

Participant status is granted to those who provide all the required data and are posted in the Instagram post of the draw and, in addition, meet the following requirements:

· Be a natural person, of legal age, resident in Spanish territory.

· Comply with the conditions established in these legal bases.

Participants must demonstrate, before participating in the promotion or at any time during it, at the request of the Organizer and within a reasonable period, that they meet the necessary conditions to participate in the promotion. Otherwise, the Organizer may disqualify them at any time and/or withhold or withdraw the prize they have won.

The following people may not participate in the promotion and, therefore, be awarded prizes: employees of FASHION EL PULPO SL and Group companies.

Only those who meet the participation requirements established in these legal bases and in particular, in this section will be considered participants.

Persons who do not meet these conditions must not participate in the Promotion and will be disqualified if they do participate.

IV.-CONTENT AND MECHANICS

To participate in the promotion, participants must visit elPulpo's Instagram profile https://www.instagram.com/elpulpo.es/ and become a follower of the profile.

Next, they must visit the post referring to the giveaway, leave a comment mentioning another user with whom they would like to live the experience and like the post. Participants can leave as many comments as they wish, thus increasing their chances of winning, with no personal or daily limit.

Comments published outside the time period during which the promotion is active will not be valid.

V.- DRAW

The Organizer is raffling TWO double tickets for the
Spain - Netherlands match of the 2019/2020 UEFA Champions League
which will be held at the Mestalla stadium on 03/23/2025.

Travel and transfers are not included. Expenses arising from these will be borne by the winner.

VI.- WINNER CONDITION

From among all the comments received on the post, the winner will be chosen at random using an online raffle resolution platform.

There will be a single winner who will be able to enjoy the experience and the gift with the person he/she chooses.

In addition to the winners, a substitute will be selected using the same method if the winner does not accept the prize, if it is impossible to contact him/her or if he/she does not meet the requirements established in these rules. If there is no positive response from the winner, the prize will be void.

VII.- NOTIFICATION AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES TO THE WINNERS

1.Notification
The winner's list will be published through a story and in the copy of the giveaway post throughout the day on March 18.

The Organizer will also contact the winner via direct message to inform them that they have been awarded the prize. The winner will have 24 hours from the first notification by the Organizer to respond and/or contact the Organizer.

Once the winner has contacted and/or responded to the Organizer, the latter will inform him/her of the conditions under which he/she must accept the prize. The winner will have a period of 24 hours to accept the prize, or expressly reject it. The winner may renounce the prize obtained, but in no case will it be replaced by a monetary amount. The prizes are personal and non-transferable, so the winner may not transfer his/her status as a winner under any circumstances.

In the event that the winner does not contact the Organizer within 24 hours, does not meet the participation requirements or expressly rejects the prize, it will be passed on to the alternate winner of the draw, who will have the same timeframe as the winner to contact and/or respond to the Organizer and accept or reject the prize.

3. Publicity of the identity of the winners. Express acceptance of the prize.
Participation in this promotion will necessarily entail the winner's authorization in favor of the Organizer for his/her name to be published on the Instagram profile https://www.instagram.com/elpulpo.es/ as well as on the organization's website. This authorization is intended to announce the winner and provide transparency to the draw.

VIII.- TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION

The Promotion extends to the entire Spanish territory.

IX.- DATA PROCESSING
PERSONAL AND IMAGE RIGHTS.

In accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on data protection, and specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, you are hereby informed that your personal data will be processed by FASHION EL PULPO SL., whose full identifying information appears in the heading of these Terms and Conditions.

The personal data collected will be processed for the purpose of managing the participation of the contestants in the promotional action described in the rules and the corresponding tax settlements. The legal basis for the processing is the fulfilment of a contractual relationship to which the interested party is a party by accepting these Rules. The personal data of the participants will be kept during the period of the promotion and, subsequently, only the information necessary to respond to possible claims will be stored during the legal period for exercising actions. Additional information may be requested from the winners and/or information may be transferred to collaborating entities to manage the provision of the prizes.

The identity of the winners may be published on the Organizer's website, as well as on its social media profiles, in order to promote transparency in the process.

Participants must ensure that the personal data provided is true and are responsible for informing the Organizer of any changes to the data. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from this promotion any participant who has provided false data.

Participants have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In certain circumstances, interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data or oppose the processing thereof, in which case the Organizer will only retain them for the exercise or defense of claims.

For all these purposes, written communication may be sent to the group's central office at Rúa Parroquia de Rois, 30 -01B with CP 15165 in Bergondo (A Coruña) including a photocopy of the national identity document or equivalent supporting documentation.

X. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS

The Organizer reserves the following powers regarding the development and execution of the Promotion:

• Modify or suspend the Promotion, provided there is a justified cause, and with the commitment to communicate the new rules and/or conditions with sufficient notice, or where appropriate, the definitive cancellation.

• The Organizer shall in no way be liable for any breaches or violations of any kind related to this promotion, and shall not be liable for any loss suffered by participants in relation to the prize and other aspects of this promotion.

• The participant exempts the Organizer from any type of liability and will hold him/her harmless from any claim as a result of damages, whether his/her own or those of third parties, that may arise from the activity that he/she will carry out with the awarded prize.

• Expel Participants who are reasonably suspected of having fraudulently manipulated or attempted to manipulate the Promotion for their own benefit, by means of postal communication or email, with no further requirement than a timely explanation of the reasons for their expulsion.

• Take legal action against any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of the Promotion that is considered illegal.

• Prevent the establishment of speculation or business systems regarding the Promotion, reserving the legal actions deemed appropriate for this purpose.

• The participant releases the Organizer from any liability and will hold him or her harmless from any claim that may arise in relation to the operation of the bicycle or any of its components.

Under no circumstances will the Organizer, its parent companies, associates, subsidiaries or branches, nor any of its agents and/or employees, be liable for any damages and/or losses suffered by the Participants and/or third parties that may arise from participation in the Promotion, or from the use of any of the prizes awarded.

XI. APPLICABLE LAW AND
COMPETENT JURISDICTION

This Promotion and its Rules are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any controversy or dispute that may arise in relation to this Promotion, and/or with the interpretation or execution of these legal rules, both the Organizer and the Participants waive any jurisdiction that may apply to them and expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of A Coruña.

XI.- BASES OF PARTICIPATION AND DEPOSIT THEREOF

Participation in the promotion implies full acceptance of the content of these rules. The organization of the promotion reserves the right to modify them, communicating this to the participants through the brand's profile on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/elpulpo.es/

Any dispute in the application of these rules will be resolved by the Organizer.
